Your Responsibilities:

As an HR generalist, you will act as a sparring partner for managers and employees
You will support our employees in all HRrelated matters
You will maintain close communication with our works council and ensure a constructive and trusting collaboration
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, using modern recruiting tools
You will be in constant communication with applicants, internal departments, and external service providers
In collaboration with our marketing department, you will be primarily responsible for our employer branding and HR marketing initiatives, implementing your own HR projects with fresh ideas
You will support change processes and contribute your expertise to projects, such as developing a forwardthinking HR strategy

Your Qualifications:

Ideally, you have a degree in business administration with a focus on HR, business psychology, or a similar specialization
Alternatively, you have comparable qualifications, such as a commercial apprenticeship with further training in HR
You have practical experience in HR support and recruitment
You are wellversed in labor and works constitution law
You combine empathy and communication skills with relevant professional expertise
With your positive attitude towards change, you make a valuable contribution to achieving improvements in the company
You have a strong affinity for HR tools and a digital mindset
