Direct Support Caregivers or C.N.A's Needed in the Montello Area
Urgently hiring Part time and up to full time direct support care hours. Member is a non-verbal individual and communicates through gestures and sounds. Member is fun-natured and frequently has a smile on his face.

Looking for caregivers with documented special needs experience who is playful, reliable, and can take initiative to engage with member.

Tasks:

Personal cares
Toileting support (assistance with cleansing)
Dressing/undressing
Transfers-Hoyer assisted
Companionship
Assistance with cleaning their living areas.

Hours/Desired Schedule:

Weekdays:

Monday-Friday: 6AM1PM
Monday-Friday: 1PM8PM
Monday-Thursday: 8PM6AM
(Back-Up)

Weekends:

Saturday & Sunday: 6AM1PM
Saturday & Sunday: 1PM8PM
Friday-Sunday: 8PM6AM**PRN/Back Up Caregivers:
All shifts

Overnight shift is an awake shift

Pay:

- $20 per hour night shift (awake shift)
- $18 per hour day shift

*Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN's role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
