Description

We are looking for a dependable Expereinced (1year Minimum) Pharmacy Call Center Representative that will call to schedule deliveries.

You will undertake other tasks under the direction of or Delivery Department Manager to provide excellent customer service and smooth packaging of drugs.

As a pharmacy call center representative you must be detail-oriented and reliable since the job has high responsibility. You must possess excellent communication skills as well as aptitude in using computers. The call center will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.


Responsibilities:

Operates telephone console; answers incoming callson the main number and calls to extend to the appropriate extention.

Answers general caller
- questions, according to policy and procedure

Utilize Micro Merchant to provide the necessary information to the patient about their medication


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Pharmacy Technician Experience: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

• Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred)
