- Offer injury response support and guidance to PrideStaff field offices
- Manage intake, reporting, and initiation of new workers' compensation claims
- Identify opportunities for return-to-work and collaborate with field offices to provide modified duty
- Assist in accident and incident investigations, including determining causes and recommending corrective actions
- Provide advice on OSHA compliance and best practices to Strategic-Partners and their clients
- Assist in administering safety and health programs, ensuring compliance with DOL/OSHA regulations
- Support safety-related approval processes for new clients and positions
- Offer administrative and project support as needed
- Demonstrated administrative and operational skills
- Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Effective conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and analytical thinking
- Trustworthy with confidential information and critical tasks

- Proficiency in Google Suite and virtual communication platforms
- Some college or professional education beyond high school
- Basic understanding of workers' compensation laws and OSHA regulations
- Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are a plus
