• Offer injury response support and guidance to PrideStaff field offices
• Manage intake, reporting, and initiation of new workers' compensation claims
• Identify opportunities for return-to-work and collaborate with field offices to provide modified duty
• Assist in accident and incident investigations, including determining causes and recommending corrective actions
• Provide advice on OSHA compliance and best practices to Strategic-Partners and their clients
• Assist in administering safety and health programs, ensuring compliance with DOL/OSHA regulations
• Support safety-related approval processes for new clients and positions
• Offer administrative and project support as needed

• Some college or professional education beyond high school

• Basic understanding of workers' compensation laws and OSHA regulations
• Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are a plus
