Metas provides technical assistance and consulting services to the federal government in the areas of public health capacity building and information technology implementation.


    Job Description:

    Metas Solutions is seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to contribute to a program focused on modernizing public health data systems and infrastructure to facilitate decision-making processes for global public health organizations.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Senior Training Specialist Lead in managing training tasks.
    • Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and detailed documentation for end-users.
    • Provide training to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshoot technology issues, and plan training activities.
    • Develop training materials, assess existing content, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
    • Offer assistance for end-user defects, participate in organizational change management activities, and facilitate offsite training sessions as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in federal agencies, public health organizations, or state-based programs.
    • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, Documentation Management, and virtual conferencing platforms.
