- Accessibility Compliance: Ensure that all web development projects comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, making websites accessible to all users.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of professional web development experience, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate data analysis into web projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and familiarity with server-side frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby).
- Content Management Systems: Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
- Database and Analytics Skills: Proficiency in database management and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

iCallidus is seeking a skilled Web Developer/IT Specialist with strong data analysis capabilities to join our health communications team. This role is critical for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing web platforms that effectively communicate health messages. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in web development with the ability to analyze web performance data and user interactions to enhance the effectiveness of digital communication strategies.
