We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Europe-wide People Team for a HR Pricing Analyst at our Carrolltown location. This role serves as a vital link between Finance and HR, responsible for providing HR support in the quoting and bidding process for new business in existing or new countries. The successful candidate will also support compensation initiatives and work in a dynamic international setting, managing stakeholders and utilizing analytical skills. This role involves planning, developing, organizing, and evaluating the HR input for RFQ (request for Quotes) processes.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency in Excel. Previous experience in remuneration and benefits is essential for success in this role.

Location: Carrolltown, Hybrid working

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

About the Role

How you will contribute:

Gather and analyze all relevant HR data, in collaboration with local HR, for RFQ's (Request for Quotations) for new and existing countries/locations within Europe

Prepare reports in standardized Excel and PowerPoint formats
