ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our local Team

Our best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to a CSR. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Manage incoming calls and generate sales leads
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts

Skills:


  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Prioritizing, time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
