Your tasks

  • As construction manager, you are responsible for all construction activities on various construction sites - you always keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Prior to this, you will be involved in the calculation of construction projects and the awarding of subcontractor services.
  • In the further course of the project, you will manage the deployment of personnel and materials, monitor the services performed, and carry out acceptance procedures.
  • On site, you ensure compliance with all occupational safety measures.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a similar field - ideally, you are even a civil and structural engineer (m/f/d) - or have a comparable qualification with further training as a master or technician (m/f/d).
  • Important is your several years of professional and managerial experience as a construction manager (m/f/d) or in a similar position.
  • For the execution of construction projects, you are proficient in MS Office as well as planning, accounting, and calculation programs such as MS Project and iTWO.
  • You recognize economic relationships and work proactively and results-oriented.
