We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead Helping Gods Children Org in Los Angeles on a commission-based arrangement.

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, driving fundraising efforts, and advancing our mission to [specific goals or objectives].

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the organization's mission and objectives.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, donations, and sponsorships.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.

Lead and support staff members and volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives.

Requirements:
