We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead Helping Gods Children Org in Los Angeles on a commission-based arrangement.

As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, driving fundraising efforts, and advancing our mission to [specific goals or objectives].


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, donations, and sponsorships.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
  • Manage the organization's budget and financial resources effectively.
  • Lead and support staff members and volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
  • Represent the organization to stakeholders, the public, and the media.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in nonprofit management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and grant writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Passion for the mission and vision of Helping Gods Children Org.
  • Must be willing to work on a commissionbased structure.
