What to expect:


  • As a group leader, you have disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility for the entire team.
  • You support other departments in strategic consulting, as well as proactively identifying potential for improvement and making recommendations.
  • You constantly review the quality of our IT with your team.
  • You work together with other departments to develop process and quality improvements and support their implementation.
  • You ensure consistent quality with your team, with your employees also supporting agile developments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • You act as a central gateway for quality management and support departments in solving their quality or process problems.
  • You are responsible for continuously expanding a central quality management.

What sets you apart:


  • A completed degree combined with 5 years of professional experience.
  • Several years of experience in managing an IT organization.
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of quality management.
  • Very good knowledge of the business processes of a telecommunications company.
  • Experience in managing organizational changes, especially in leading change.
  • English language skills (C1 according to GER) are an advantage.
