Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service, assisting with fingerprinting and document scanning using advanced technology.
Verify customer identity and maintain database records accurately.
Perform biometric processing to meet program accuracy standards.
Identify opportunities for upselling retail products and services.
Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
Complete administrative duties and maintain inventory as required.
Represent the company in a professional and customeroriented manner.

Qualifications:

Must be a US citizen.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of applicable experience, sales experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Must be at least 18 years old and pass background screenings.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required. Ability to travel in the DMV area and work flexible hours
