- Minimum of a bachelor's degree equivalent required (Agricultural degrees beneficial, but not exclusive); 2 to 3 years related work experience preferred. Prior experience working in agriculture is a plus.
- Work closely with the Field Operations team providing operational support on administrative, budgeting, reporting, membership, procedures, policies, and operational systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work with regional managers and assist with multiple events and activities.
- Ability to provide information, direction, and guidance to county volunteers.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision, ability to set own priorities; exercise initiative and judgment in making decisions within the scope of assigned authority.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of members and constituents by establishing and maintaining effective relationships and gaining trust and respect.
- Effective presentation style in a variety of settings both internally and externally.
- Be a problem solver and assist others to address issues.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including irregular hours, to attend INFB-related functions.
- Able to work in office and around the state with county Farm Bureaus.
