    We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our People team in

    Miami .

    What's the role?

    Talent sourcing :
    Looking for the best candidates to available positions both in Stockholm and in Miami

    Interview process :
    Lead the process of interviews among internal stakeholders

    Employer Branding :
    Responsible for Linkedin company page

    Recruitment firms :
    Be the main contact with external recruitment firms
    Who we're looking for
    You understand what it means to find a great candidate
    You never give up to build talent. Second best candidate is not good enough
    You understand the value of collaborating with internal stakeholders
    Great at building relationships and networking. Should have the skills to build and keep a solid pipeline.
    Would need to get familiar with the tech stack used across departments so they can identify candidates that possess the necessary tech/software experience
    Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with candidates. Should be capable of selling the company's vision and role's potential impact
    Requirements
    University degree
    Experience in talent acquisition
    Some experience in recruiting within the tech industry
    Fluent in English and Spanish
