As a Level 3 Helpdesk Technician (Azure Specialist) at Cozzini Bros, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Your primary focus will be supporting and optimizing our Azure cloud environment.

You will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to resolve complex issues, implementing Azure-based solutions, and driving continuous improvements to enhance our IT capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:


Provide expert-level support to our internal teams, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Storage.

Azure Implementation:

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and configure Azure solutions tailored to our business needs, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Monitoring and Optimization:

Proactively monitor Azure environments for performance, security, and compliance, implementing preventive measures and optimizations to maintain system health and reliability.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:


Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure effective support delivery.

Training and Mentoring:


Provide training and guidance to junior team members and end-users on Azure best practices, tools, and technologies, empowering them to leverage Azure resources effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest Azure updates, features, and industry trends, evaluate their potential impact on our business, and recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Level 3 Helpdesk or Systems Administration role, with a focus on Azure cloud services.
  • Strong expertise in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, and Azure Security.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management in Azure environments.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Azure certifications such as AZ900, AZ104, AZ300, or AZ301 are highly desirable.
