As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Oak Creek Canyon, AZ.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for operating production machines and equipment.
  • Starting up and shutting down the entire plant as well as individual parts of the plant.
  • Assisting the operating personnel in commissioning the plant in case of major disruptions in boiler operation.
  • Monitoring the production process and maintaining documentation.

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed training as a machine and plant operator or a related technical education.
  • Several years of professional experience in operating power plant equipment is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of waste incineration plants is desirable.
