Performance Excellence Coordinator - Tempe, United States - WTW

This role is within the Benefits Delivery & Administration segment, and the Individual Marketplace line of business that supports Performance Excellence.
The role will have several facets:
- Seasonal Training Administration
- Coordination of colleague moves from Training to Nesting
- Business support for Seasonal Background Check Adjudication
- Other Performance Excellence Support as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Training team on all Training Administration related duties remotely
- Act as a point of contact for Trainers during Onboarding season
- Assist Trainees with computer setup on Day 1 of training
- Track and maintain records for attendance in Smartsheet (Rosters, Master Trackers, etc.)
- Schedule guest speaker presentations via Outlook for all classes
- Assist with systems training for new hires and troubleshoot issues
- Listen to incoming calls for Trainee absences and forward to others as needed
- Submit Jira Service desk tickets as needed
- Retrieve reports in Webex
- Act in a compliant, professional manner at all times
- Cultivate strong working relationships across multiple departments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a coordinator role, especially with an HR Background
- Proven experience in background check adjudication
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must follow and be able to communicate policies and procedures of the Learning and Development Department
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to evaluate and analyze documents
- Respond positively to change and the challenges and opportunities it brings
- Ability to work successfully with different personality types
- Must be a selfstarter with ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to seek out additional tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varied workloads
- Able to handle sensitive/confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
- Strong technical skills required
- Knowledge of Smartsheet and Webex are a plus
- Problemsolving skills are a plus
- Project Management skills are a plus
