- Subject Matter Expert for AR Factoring program - Deep dive analysis and maintain annual audit compliance
- Collaborate with AR Specialists and branch level employees to ensure accurate collection reporting
- Bank Reconciliations Subject Matter Expert
- Learn, digest and retain departmental processes and procedures for Inventory and Fixed Assets functions of the Shared Service Center
- Train with the team to ensure assets are properly added and disposed and are posted timely and correctly per US GAAP
- Assist with Lease Query maintenance
- Assist to maintain company-wide inventory process and fixed assets and recommend data integrity growth opportunities to management
- Work with the Fixed Asset Manager to learn and support process in Sage for current and newly acquired organizations
- Backup for the monthly inventory and fixed asset close and consolidation process to ensure completion is handled timely and efficiently in all environments
- Assist with building and analyzing departmental dashboards to allow strategic execution and growth
- Provide accounting support and assistance for annual audit
- Become additional subject matter expert role for Inventory and Fixed Assets
- Assist and provide support to Treasury Manager pertaining to Inventory, Fixed Assets and Order to Cash process

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Master's Preferred
- Experience: Three (3) + years' experience pertaining to general ledger accounting functions
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills in the operation of all programs used by the organization including Microsoft Word and Excel

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for high level guidance and support to the Treasury, Fixed Asset and Inventory teams. Projects include AR Factoring and Rental/Lease Program for increased net working capital and cash flow. In addition overseeing various projects as they present themselves to better support the SSC Team. This position will also provide support to various departments across the organization, partnering with all branches pertaining to inventory, fixed assets and special projects.
