At three locations in Germany, we produce well-known branded products such as Prinzen Rolle, Griesson Soft Cake, LEICHT&CROSS, as well as many other delicious cookies and snacks - including private label brands.


Your role with us:

  • Management of a production area with cost responsibility and strategic development based on the plant development strategy
  • Management of projects and task forces to quickly correct any deviations from targets
  • Identification of optimization needs and initiation, management, and implementation of improvement projects
  • Coaching of middle and lower management levels
  • Constructive and cooperative collaboration with interfaces
  • Coordination of plant utilization in cooperation with production planning

Your ingredient list:

  • Completed degree in food technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in the production of food according to IFS/B
