    Job Description

    We're looking for a clever and skilled graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations. We need a STORYTELLER who can sell an experience in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current design software and be skilled in engaging an audience, while informing and inspiring viewers. You will Collaborate with multiple teams across the company to bring brand and culture to life in each project. The successful candidate will be able to learn specific industry trends, be flexible and teachable and will work WITH us to accomplish our goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the Director of Property Management and on-site teams to create materials that may include website images, presentations, signage, newsletters, and marketing materials.
    • Turn strategic plans and ideas into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
    • Develop new concepts for designs or be able to work with, match or re-create current and past designs.
    • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials.
    • Order print materials and signage needed at each property.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of audience an create content accordingly.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Creativity and "out of the box" design skills.
    • Experience with design software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines.
    • Desire to continue to learn and grow.
