  • You have a valid Driver's License & reliable transportation with insurance
  • You can pass a criminal background check
  • You are proficient with computers / Microsoft Word & Excel
  • You live in or close to Union City! If you do not need to cross a bridge or drive more than 30 minutes, you are close enough!

  • Part-Time Hours!
  • Typically Mon - Fri, but you may be requested on Weekends.

Your Pay

  • $20 - $25/ Hour!

Your Day-to-Day Duties

  • Answer employment inquiries quickly, professionally & knowledgeably
  • Schedule & conduct applicant interviews
  • Conduct applicant reference, criminal background & motor vehicle checks
  • Conduct applicant drug screens
  • Schedule, conduct & update Care Pro orientation & training
  • Work Cross-Functionally to coordinate Care Pro Schedules
  • Use office software system to monitor, mediate & log client & Care Pro activity
  • Prepare & publish monthly newsletter
  • Monitor compliance for local & federal labor / safety laws
  • Demonstrate open & effective communication cross-functionally
  • Participate & contribute to office-wide educational programs
  • Participate in the On-Call shift rotation (evenings & weekends) as required
