- Enhance and maintain the quality of development and testing code
- Complete daily sprint tasks efficiently and fulfill sprint commitments
- Adhere to programming standards and best practices, including rigorous unit testing
- Collaborate on enhancing areas of the development life cycle, with a focus on quality and productivity
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance in decision-making processes
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Back End Software Engineers to implement software designs
- Specialize in optimizing client-facing and server-side code
- Ensure seamless collaboration with Front End engineers and Data Architects for efficient software development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3 to 5 years of software development experience
- Proficiency in .Net with preferred expertise in AngularJS, SQL, and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of relational database design and development frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and system analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
