Job Description:
Hatley is seeking a qualified candidate to undergo a qualification process to become a Lead Auditor with the goal of independently conducting the following tasks:

Participating in the planning of certification audits in the field of information security (e.g. ISO IEC 27001, TISAX, SIKAT, and KRITIS)
Accompanying audits onsite at the client's location as well as remotely, while adhering to accreditation requirements
Continuously supporting existing clients and expanding through crossselling
Constantly developing personal skills through participation in audits, training, and internal and external knowledge exchanges

Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable technical field

OR:
Successfully completed further education with a specialist, technician, or master's degree (at least DQR/EQR level 6)

Admission requirement: at least 4 years of professional experience in the IT sector, including at least 2 years in the field of information security/ISMS (e.g. Information Security Officer or Data Protection Officer)
Desirable: experience in audits (internal, supplier, certification audits) as well as theoretical and practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 requirements, ideally through IQA/IRCA training
Willingness to travel: national (regional, approximately 6070%) and, upon request, also internationally (depending on competence)
Fluent in German and good knowledge
