We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process As a Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for managing our online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software.

You should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Required Education and Experience

High school graduate or equivalent
One year of related experience
