For our Transformation division, we are looking for you as a Consultant Cloud Integration and Architecture (m/f/d) at Glenwood, starting as soon as possible.

What to expect

HR IT - As a consultant in the Workforce Transformation HR IT team, you will advise leading companies on cloud software implementations in human resources (SAP SuccessFactors). This includes supporting our clients in transforming their processes and system landscapes into a modern cloud environment.

Wide range of topics - In addition, topics such as artificial intelligence, development of digital products, hybrid SaaS architectures, and data migration to the cloud are in focus. You will also be responsible for the strategic analysis and implementation of holistic IT architectures.

Project responsibility - With your experience and knowledge, you will quickly take on responsibility for sub-projects or larger tasks and work directly with our clients.

Business development - You will support the development of proposals with your expertise and accompany proposal processes on the above-mentioned topics with foresight.

What you bring

You have completed your studies with a focus on information technology above average and quickly and have an affinity for cloud technologies. Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in an HR or IT line or consulting function.

You have knowledge and experience in the field of HXM cloud solutions (e.g. SAP Success
