    Were currently seeking a Field Recruiter to join our Field Recruiting team in MinnesotaThe Field Recruiter plays a pivotal role in staffing our field locations with top talent.

    With a focus on high-volume recruitment and long-term retention, the Field Recruiter partners with our field operations teams to understand and best meet the talent needs of each store.

    This individual researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to build a candidate pipeline and attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable team members.


    What you will do:


    Implement creative and effective recruiting methods and strategiesBuild relationships with Regional Managers and General Managers and collaborate with them to identify the unique staffing needs of each storeAssist hiring managers in posting, maintaining, and promoting job openingsReview resumes and applications as well as conduct candidate screeningsDevelop and utilize effective applicant screening methods and tools.

    Conduct phone and/or in person interviews and select qualified, mission aligned applicants.
    Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc.

    to build talent brand awareness and source potential candidatesIdentify potential candidates for current and future openings through a wide variety of recruitment methods and strategies (e.g., networking, sourcing candidates, representing Mister at job fairs)Work closely with store Managers to help support interview preparation and selection materialsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.

    Participate in continuous improvement in the talent acquisition spaceHow you will shine:

    Operate with high energy, efficiency and effectivenessPossess a passion for finding the very best talent for each open roleThree years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume environmentSelf-starter who has an ability to work independently as well as with a teamChampion innovationExcellent organization and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to plan strategically, adjust priorities as needed, and support multiple locations and hiring leadersBachelors degree in human resources or a related field or equivalent work experienceExcellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to influence leadership in hiringFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking softwareWhat motivates our team:Career Progression with a high growth, publicly traded company.
