We are currently seeking a dedicated Practice Instructor (m/f/d) for a senior care facility in Schleswig, IA, starting as soon as possible.

The amount of time for practice instruction will depend on the number of trainees.

Your responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of training content in the workplace
Conducting initial, intermediate, and final discussions independently
Guiding trainees towards independent and solutionoriented learning
Promoting the professional, methodological, social, and personnel skills of trainees
Evaluating the practical performance of trainees
Providing pedagogical guidance to colleagues
Acting as a link between school and practice
Ensuring the residents' independence through individual, holistic, and activating care and support
Assisting with nursing duties outside of practice instruction hours
Advising and supporting residents and their families
Promoting the quality of life and satisfaction of residents
