Description

We are currently seeking lawyers with experience in the
food and beverage industry to work for our top F500 clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Research, interpret, and provide guidance on federal and state consumer protection laws
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management challenges in the area
  • Stay updated on emerging consumer protection trends and legal developments
  • Partner crossfunctionally with the clients' commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience focused on consumer protection regulation work inhouse on a corporate legal team in the food and beverage industry
  • Experience with matters related to the FDA, product safety, code of conduct work, 3rdparty due diligence, and/or alcohol compliance
  • Experience related to FDA regulatory packaging and labeling
  • Experience working at food processing companies
  • Openness to working remotely fulltime or parttime during standard business hours
  • Active bar license in the state where you will be performing the work

Compensation, Benefits & Location:


This role offers a range of highly competitive compensation starting at $175,000 and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
