Construction Project Manager Assistant
Additional responsibilities include managing Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and handling general administrative tasks for the Project Management Team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of AIA Program for Construction Documents
- Experience in abstracting legal contracts
- Proficiency in creating documents through AIA
- Ability to process Change Orders
- Strong organizational skills for preparing weekly project reports
- Experience in managing POs for vendors
- General administrative skills for supporting the Project Management Team
- Associates degree required, bachelor's degree a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of prior construction administrative experience
Computer Skills:
Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 2010 version).
Pay:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
