Construction Project Manager Assistant
Additional responsibilities include managing Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and handling general administrative tasks for the Project Management Team.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AIA Program for Construction Documents
  • Experience in abstracting legal contracts
  • Proficiency in creating documents through AIA
  • Ability to process Change Orders
  • Strong organizational skills for preparing weekly project reports
  • Experience in managing POs for vendors
  • General administrative skills for supporting the Project Management Team
  • Associates degree required, bachelor's degree a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior construction administrative experience

Computer Skills:
Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 2010 version).


Pay:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
