- Promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Interacting with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Keeping the front-of-house clean and sanitized, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Bringing extra food items, condiments, or beverages upon request until guests are content
- Restocking dining supplies like plates, silverware, glassware, utensils, and towels
- Supporting servers by pre-bussing tables, refilling coffee, or setting silverware
- Completing designated side work to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly
- Following instructions from the Manager on Duty
- Collaborating with kitchen staff, servers, hosts, and management for a cohesive team effort
- Performing any other assigned tasks, all while enjoying interactions with guests and colleagues
