Your responsibilities:

  • As the first point of contact for our customers, you professionally qualify and coordinate their concerns.
  • You confidently handle incoming inquiries and provide solutions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • You develop digitalization strategies for the department in collaboration with your team.
  • You support lead management in the area of "connectivity."
  • You demonstrate your sales talent in our outbound actions.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a commercial or technical vocational training and ideally have experience in customer service, or you are a career changer and are excited about a new professional opportunity.
  • With your enthusiasm, you inspire people and create a sense of wellbeing through telecommunication and digital means.
  • You are passionate about the development of digitalization and its communication channels.
