ADVANCING CHOICES INC. - Hiring for the position of Clinical Services Supervisor.

This is a full-time opportunity to work as part of our management team assisting executive management in coordinating all aspects of residential services for adult clients with disabilities.

We serve adults with disabilities choosing to live in their own homes in the community.

We offer services in private homes, community locations and employment settings, and promote participation in recreational and leisure activities in order to increase community involvement, health and wellness, and social opportunities.

This job is a full-time administrative position with clinical coordination responsibilities.

This job is a hybrid of remote and in-person and requires travel within Waukesha County, Milwaukee County, and Ozaukee County.

The Residential Supervisor reports directly to the COO.

Responsibilities include assisting in scheduling, timekeeping, record checking, website maintenance, orientation and onboarding of new staff, managing administrative duties of the residential settings, assisting in supervision and evaluations of employees and other functions as identified.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - The Clinical Services Supervisor works as part of the team of staff serving the individual(s), and is responsible for collaborating with other staff, the management team, and Parents/Guardians to ensure the plan for community living provides all necessary services and opportunities to ensure the highest degree of independence and personal choice as possible.

• Collaborate with Management, Coordinators, and the team to ensure highest quality service delivery
• Collaborate and manage primary spreadsheets for staff availability and client schedules
• Communicate with team to support complete and accurate record keeping functions
• Communicate with client families as assigned to coordinate services/scheduling
• Solicit feedback from the support team and clients; use feedback to improve service delivery and quality
• Support clinical staff in completion of all administrative duties
• Maintain spreadsheets and coordinate data collection and record keeping functions
• Assist in maintaining schedule including coordinating schedule changes as needed
• Supervise residential environments to maintain company policies and guidelines, safety and wellness of clients and staff
• Additional similar service coordination activities as assigned

Position:
Clinical Services Supervisor**
Hours: Flexible based on need of the team and qualified applicant - combination of day, evening, and some weekend


Pay:
Salaried - starting $48K-$55K annually

Requirements:

• College degree in related field
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record and registered vehicle with insurance
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend hours for meetings, trainings or events
• Must successfully pass background checks
• Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds
