Your responsibilities in the home care service include participating in the planning, organization, and execution of events, as well as assisting in the planning and implementation of activities in close collaboration with the home care service management.

You will also be responsible for activating and maintaining the resources of our clients and working closely with all professional groups in the community.

Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting the services provided.

As a care assistant, you should be willing to participate in ongoing training and have experience in occupational therapy (preferred but not required).

You should also possess strong organizational skills and enjoy working with clients. A valid driver's license is required.
