- Evaluate students' motor capabilities and develop individualized therapeutic intervention plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to improve student mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other health professionals to facilitate integrated support for students.
- Guide and educate school staff on various physical therapy strategies tailored to student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and monitor student progress.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid New Jersey state license in Physical Therapy.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
