Where is the work:

This position has been designated as Remote within the Maryland area with a focus on the US market.


What you will do:


  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell service offerings to meet established revenue targets.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell customers on our offerings.
  • Develop understanding of service offerings, value propositions and pricing
  • Utilize sound funnel management to nurture existing customers, sustain existing service agreement base of business and develop plans to grow our existing Life Science accounts.
  • Maintain a record of Service Agreement renewal opportunities, their stage in the sales cycle, win rate & reason codes for Service Agreement renewals.
  • Timely outreach to customers with expiring Service Agreements, issuing quote(s) to secure renewals on time and clearly communicating next steps in the process to customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of the billing cycle for each of the Service Agreements.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decisionmakers in customer organizations.
  • Collaboration with Regional Business Manager (RBM) for key accounts or large opportunities to maximize the overall value.
  • Provide leads and/or insights to the Regional Business Manager(s) relating to existing customers and potential growth opportunities.
  • Travel: less than 10% but will likely be higher during onboarding/training period.

What you will bring:


  • Bachelor's degree or 35 years of inside sales experience. Life Science experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in owning a sales quota/target and achieving or exceeding results.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining business relationships that produce results.
  • Customerfocused, results oriented and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to interface professionally with customers.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation:


Total Target Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,500

Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.

Our prosperous commission plans grow over time with a successful employee's growing pipeline. Some sales professionals may eventually move to 100% commission.
