Description
Europa is currently seeking a motivated, team oriented, full time Customer Service Representative to join its team. We offer a safe and great work environment with competitive benefits and salary. Must be available to work Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

With steady growth each and every year, Europa has evolved from a regional distributor in the Midwest, to an international corporation selling across the United States and in more than 20 countries worldwide.

Some of the essential duties of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Informs customers of shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
  • Accepts payments via phone and verifies payment information and amounts
  • Forwards information to account receivables for processing
  • Tracks orders with UPS or other thirdparty vendors per customer's request
  • Works closely with the warehouse to ensure proper inventory or parts needed are available
  • Consistently demonstrates sincere interest in assisting and proposing solutions to customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
