This role takes the lead on creating an upbeat, positive work environment for their work fam that ALWAYZ puts our customers first. The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager position include but are not limited to: Lead the team on creating a ‘Customer First’ culture in the store. Achieve BIG profitability goalz through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results. Develop a bond with the local community to establish positive relationships, development and store success.Responsibilities
Lead weekly management meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage people to speak-up, give feedback and follow-up. Keep store positions filled with fully trained management Team Members.Qualifications
