As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prompt you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages, conducting compensation research, and negotiating offers.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Conduct compensation research to ensure competitive salary offerings and make recommendations to hiring managers as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company branding and messaging.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a hypergrowth startup environment is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$70K - $80K
