As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prompt you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages, conducting compensation research, and negotiating offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
Conduct compensation research to ensure competitive salary offerings and make recommendations to hiring managers as needed.
Maintain accurate and uptodate job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Experience working in a hypergrowth startup environment is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$70K - $80K
