Prestige Janitorial Service is a Janitorial service company out of Scottsdale Airpark. We provide a menu of services that include Janitorial, Housekeeping, Dayporter, and floor services.

We are a fast growing company in an industry where growth is limited only by the ability of its managers.

Description:

We are currently seeking a Manager for our Janitors and Cleaners in Scottsdale to ensure that the property's are cleaned and well maintained per scope of work.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervision of cleaning team members working at multiple locations across the valley. Quality control for monthly account inspections

Direct all cleaners for training and new account start up

Primary supervisor responsibilities

Train on new buildings.
Inspect buildings and hold team accountable for cleaning expectations
Utilize mobile office setting for digital inspection, communication and time management
Ensure the highest possible standards of Service, presentation, technical operation and Safety in all operational areas o

Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be bilingual

Experience in as supervisor over a team of 10+
Recent experience working 5PM to 1 AM shift
Must have a smart phone
Must have a valid driver license to drive a company vehicle out of our corporate Scottsdale office
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary
Excellent communication skills
High School Diploma, and/or equivalent certificate or equivalent experience. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary to meet a deadline.
Ability to work with people from all levels of discipline

Pay:
From $45,000.00 per year
