    Description

    PagoPA è alla ricerca di un Senior UI Designer che definisca l'identità digitale dei servizi del suo portfolio, rendendolo riconoscibili e chiaro da utilizzare. I progetti su cui lavorerà saranno destinati sia alla cittadinanza, che alle aziende e ai dipendenti della Pubblica Amministrazione. Il lavoro riguarderà principalmente la realizzazione dell'interfaccia grafica dei nostri prodotti, ma potrà interessare anche aspetti di brand identity e comunicazione della società e dei prodotti stessi.
    Responsabilità

    Il Senior UI Designer ha la responsabilità di elaborare la strategia per la UI dei diversi prodotti di PagoPA S.p.A., definirà l'interfaccia e gli elementi di interazione tra gli utenti e un prodotto o un servizio e dovrà collaborare con un team multidisciplinare che comprende Interaction designer, project manager, sviluppatori, fornitori di terze parti. Riporterà direttamente all'Head of Experience Design. La posizione sarà "hands-on": il lavoro infatti comprenderà la progettazione della UI, test con gli utenti, l'analisi delle esigenze dei clienti e della comunicazione di PagoPA S.p.A.
    Nello specifico il professionista si occuperà di:
    sviluppare la strategia della UI dei prodotti della società, tenendo presente le best practice e i criteri di usabilità e accessibilità e analizzando la situazione di mercato e gli obiettivi dei clienti;
    definire la UI dei servizi e piattaforme digitali (modelli, visual design, animazioni e relativa documentazione);
    collaborare con il team di sviluppo, supportando la creazione degli asset, delle linee guida che definiscono il prodotto, la pianificazione dello sviluppo, quality assurance e in eventuali sessioni di test utenti;
    gestire le design libraries e il design system dei prodotti e servizi della società;.
    definire la presenza digitale della società e dei servizi che offre in termini di branding e comunicazione (sito web corporate, siti web di prodotto);
    collaborare alla creazione di pitch e presentazioni rivolte ai clienti;
    contribuire alla cultura aziendale e all'innovazione nel team.
    Requisiti e competenze essenziali (personali e professionali)

    Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni nel settore del design, all'interno di studi o agenzie di livello internazionale.
    Un eccellente portfolio che mostra il lavoro di UI per prodotti digitali.
    Pregressa esperienza nella progettazione di servizi complessi e multicanale in grandi corporation.
    Pregressa esperienza nella progettazione di servizi innovativi legati al mondo dei pagamenti.
    Pregressa esperienza nella progettazione di servizi digitali utilizzati da pubblico molto vasto (1 mln+).
    Profonda conoscenza dei principi e delle tecniche di UI design, nochè dei responsive design e mobile UI.
    Ottima conoscenza dei moderni strumenti di progettazione (Adobe CC Suite/Sketch/Figma/etc) e abitudine ad essere un early adopter di nuovi strumenti.
    Comprovata capacità di lavorare come parte di un team multidisciplinare.
    Capacità di gestire più stakeholder con esigenze diverse e guidare un progetto verso una soluzione semplice ed elegante.
    Eccellente giocatore di squadra, ma in grado di lavorare in maniera indipendente.
    Attitudine positiva e flessibile.
    Formazione richiesta

    Laurea in Design, Media Arts. In ogni caso la Società si riserva di valutare laureati in altre materie e/o candidati non laureati con forte esperienza nel ruolo e/o nei settori di interesse.
    Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
