In the ESPRiT Engineering team, you will define and manage processes and projects for the system and software development of leading automotive manufacturers. Your contribution will increase quality, efficiency, agility, and automation in the development of the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

Coordination, control, and monitoring of projects for standardization and automation of development processes
Alignment of processes for the development of innovative software-based vehicle functions, such as driver assistance systems, electrified drives, and infotainment
Ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines through gap analyses and measures
Organization and moderation of cross-departmental workshops and lessons learned events
Documentation of processes and best practices
Change management, roll-out, monitoring, and support for new processes, methods, and tools
Alignment and preparation of management templates and their presentation in various committees
