    Posting Information

    Job Summary/Basic Function Position functions as an essential member of the admissions office responsible for managing a recruitment territory, co-leading or supporting one or more projects, representing the college on and off-campus and through virtual programming, reviewing applications and making recommendations to the admissions committee, and conducting interviews, information session, presentation, workshops, etc. Essential Functions:
  • Manage a regional recruitment territory from student inquiry to matriculation including building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders which could include, but would not be limited to, prospective students and their families, college counselors and independent counselors, community-based organizations, and admissions volunteers.
  • Represent the college on and off-campus and virtually at high school visits, college fairs, receptions, and other enrollment-related events.
  • Review applications and recommend admission and merit scholarship decisions to the appropriate committee
  • Assist with the coordination of one or more enrollment-related projects which could include, but would not be limited to, working with student volunteers, enrollment communications and social media, and/or yield-related projects.
  • Conduct evaluative admissions interviews and present admissions information sessions.
  • Preferred Qualifications Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree

    Customer-care oriented, demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving skills, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently. A valid Driver's Licence is required. Employees (operators) must have been in possession of a valid operator's license for not less than three (3) years and the license must have been in good standing without interruption during that time period. Yes Successful candidate will also be required to complete ACT 153 Clearance No This position is considered "Emergency Staff." As such they may be required to report to work even when the college is closed or is operating under a delayed start.
