We are currently looking for a Senior Facility Manager / Section Manager (m/f/d) in the building cleaning sector for the Augsburg and Neu-Ulm / Vöhringen area at Ansonia.

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN FULL-TIME

  • Contact person for our customers and maintenance of customer contacts
  • Independent and results-oriented management of assigned objects
  • Personnel management of facility managers (m/f/d), foremen (m/f/d) and cleaning staff (m/f/d)
  • Monitoring of quality, occupational safety, working hours, equipment/materials used, etc.
  • Contract management and administrative tasks such as invoicing

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Training in building cleaning, further training as a business economist (m/f/d) for nutrition and supply management or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in building cleaning or in a comparable professional field, also in personnel management
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Driver's license class B
