Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Sweep, mop, and clean as necessary.
- Keep the store neat and orderly, including bathrooms.
- Follow proper guidelines for food preparation, cash handling, timekeeping, sanitation, and all other procedures.
- Price, packout, and face grocery and other orders.
- Crosstrain in deli, branded foods, bakery, and cashier duties.
- Adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Friendly demeanor with a willingness to smile a lot.
- A great attitude that contributes positively to the work environment.
- Punctuality and reliability in getting to work on time.
- Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service.
A Cut Above:
- Cashier experience.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand: Continuously

- Work in a cold environment: Occasionally
- Lifting:
- Up to 10lbs: Continuously
