Description
We are looking for individuals who are interested in flexible cleaning opportunities. We post open cleaning shifts and if it works with your schedule, you can pick up the shift There are no required shifts, just ones that you choose to pickup


We often have cleaning needs during turnovers on our yearly and weekly rental properties that occur during the week and weekends.

We also have several clients who enjoy regular cleanings. Cleaning would be in both furnished and unfurnished homes.

We provide supplies, and training to the right person.


We are based in Wells, and most of our properties are in Wells/Kennebunk/Ogunquit/York, however we do service some locations up to 30 minutes away from Wells.

Pay $22-$25/hour depending on experience.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop general areas
  • Clean bathrooms, sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs and ensure bathrooms are sanitary
  • Strip beds and change linens
  • Wash and put away dishes (if needed)
  • Perform routine inspection and document maintenance issues
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to carry up to 50lbs
  • Integrity
  • Productivity and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain a schedule
  • Transportation to our Office and then to the cleaning location.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour
