As a team leader, you will not only take on disciplinary and professional responsibility, but also proactively shape the development of our customer service within the framework of our SWFL and sales strategy.

In your role, you will independently lead a team, plan and coordinate processes, and utilize digital innovations to optimize our service quality.

Your new tasks will include:

Disciplinary and professional leadership, as well as continuous development of the team
Coordination and scheduling of the team
Participation in the design of processes in future application landscapes
Error analysis and development of optimization proposals for the existing system landscape, including crossorganizational processes with upstream and downstream areas
Quality management and control of external service providers
Creation of reports/evaluations

We expect the following from you:

Completed commercial training
Several years of experience in the energy industry, as well as leadership experience preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office and billing systems (ideally SAP ISU)
Quick comprehension and high attention to detail
Communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility
