We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician/ Customer Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team at Schöb GmbH & Co.

KG Anton, a leading company in the field of windows and stairs in Monrovia.

As a Service Technician/ Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers.

Your main duties will include:

Conducting onsite visits to troubleshoot and repair any technical issues with our products
Performing regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal functioning of our products
Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions from clients
Collaborating with our sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and provide technical expertise
Maintaining accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions
Staying uptodate with industry developments and product knowledge to provide the best service possible

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support and customer service, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred, but not required. Fluency in English and German is also required.
