Operations Specialist & Front Desk Receptionist.


This position is a hybrid position with half the work day being spent in our Operations Department and the other half being spent at our front reception desk.


Operation Specialist Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist advisors with questions related to their accounts
  • Process incoming customer inquiries via the firm's technology platforms
  • Establishing new brokerage and managed accounts
  • ACAT review, processing, and monitoring
  • Account feature establishment (e.g. standing instructions, cash management, change of beneficiary)
  • Backup cash management support check deposits, wire transfers, electronic funds transfer, journals.
  • Ad hoc operational projects when needed

Front Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned
  • Process both incoming & outgoing mail
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Skills:


  • High level of customer service
  • Proficiency in data entry to accurately input information into databases or spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of office procedures, including filing systems and phone etiquette
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay:
$52,500.00 per year
