Description
Operations Specialist & Front Desk Receptionist.
This position is a hybrid position with half the work day being spent in our Operations Department and the other half being spent at our front reception desk.
Operation Specialist Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and assist advisors with questions related to their accounts
- Process incoming customer inquiries via the firm's technology platforms
- Establishing new brokerage and managed accounts
- ACAT review, processing, and monitoring
- Account feature establishment (e.g. standing instructions, cash management, change of beneficiary)
- Backup cash management support check deposits, wire transfers, electronic funds transfer, journals.
- Ad hoc operational projects when needed
Front Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Process both incoming & outgoing mail
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills:
- High level of customer service
- Proficiency in data entry to accurately input information into databases or spreadsheets
- Knowledge of office procedures, including filing systems and phone etiquette
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay:
$52,500.00 per year
