Description

Responsibilties:

Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the product overview & specific needs of external partner installers.
Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions on the EnFin platform including solar technology, financial products, sales techniques, and industry regulations to new external partners.
Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, and online resources to support learning objectives.
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
Stay informed about advancements in the EnFin product, process & procedures, regulatory changes, and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to schedule in person and/or virtual training sessions and ensure knowledgebased requirements are met for newly onboarding installer.
Manage and maintain internal and external knowledgebased materials.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Renewable Energy, Business, or Education (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years experience in the solar financing, with a strong understanding of solar technology, financing models, and ethical sales processes
3+ years experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
3+ years experience leading teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
Strong people skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse external audiences
Demonstrated organizational and timemanagement abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt training content and delivery methods based on the needs of different learner groups

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or master's degree in education
Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certification or similar certification
Certification in training and development is a plus
