Full-Time openings - PM Shift... (3pm-11:30pm) (Wed-Sun)**We want leaders who would like to be a part of a network of treatment centers with integrity. This position will have major opportunities for growth with a company leading the treatment industry in clinical effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work directly under Clinic Director to ensure for safety of all clients
  • Assist in medication protocol
  • Ensure that all staff are trained on emergency life support protocols
  • Team player with a passion for helping addicted individuals.
  • Coordination of client transportation and assistance with client activities
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and clientfocused treatment environment
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality/HIPAA compliance
  • Ensuring 100% client satisfaction with care
  • Complete client charting on electronic healthcare software (KIPU)
  • Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission accreditation regulations and standards

  • Bachelor's Degree in health services field (preferred) or High School Diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting (preferred)
